Below you’ll find useful information about Avec Amour Design that should make your stationery process much easier.

HOW LONG WILL MY STATIONERY ORDER TAKE?

 

For designs selected from our collection please allow approximately 4-8 weeks from start to finish for your stationery.

Time is dependent on the amount of stationery items required and time taken for approvals.

 

For bespoke designs, the turnaround time is a little longer- approximately 6-12 weeks. Please see the bespoke design page for more information.

 

SHOULD I ORDER ALL MY STATIONERY ITEMS TOGETHER?

 

It is best to let us know all the items you’ll be requiring for your special day, however, couples generally will order all pre-wedding items together such as Invitation, RSVP & info cards while ordering the items required on the day a little closer to the date of their wedding. Save the Date cards can be ordered as soon as you have the date and venue locked in for your wedding.

 

Please ensure you order your stationery at least two months prior to when you wish to mail-out your invitations to avoid disappointment. Brides will generally mail out their invitations 2-3 months before their big day. For all on the day stationery items, a minimum of three weeks is recommended for printing and delivery.

 

HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?

 

It is best to order at least 10 more invitations than required and don’t forget to count ‘per invite’ to send as opposed to the number of guests you’re inviting. Note, it is important to have all the details for your wedding confirmed before placing an order.

 

CAN I CHOOSE THE PAPER AND ENVELOPES?

 

Yes, we offer selected paper stock for all digital printing and envelopes for you to choose from. Please email avecamourdesign@live.com to request swatch samples.

 

Envelopes are included with all Engagement cards, Save The Dates, Invitations, and Thank You cards matching the size of the stationery.

 

CAN I EDIT THE WORDING FROM THE COLLECTION DESIGNS?

 

Yes, we are happy to modify the wording if you’d prefer to have the selected design say something different, however, no changes can be made to the layout or designs.

 

DO YOU OFFER SPECIALTY PRINTING?

 

Yes, we offer Hot Foil Press and Letterpress. Please email avecamourdesign@live.com to request a price list on the following print processes. 

 

I WOULD LIKE GUEST NAMES PRINTED ON MY INVITATIONS.

 

If you’d like printed guest names on any of your stationery, this can be included at the stage of placing your order.

We will ask you to provide a list of all guests’ names to be printed on the invites.

 

CAN I HAVE ADDRESSES PRINTED ON MY ENVELOPES?

 

We offer envelope address labels for both delivery and return addresses at an additional cost or we can have addresses printed directly onto the envelopes.

Please email and request which option you would like when placing your order. 

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

 

Yes, due to print set up costs there is a minimum order of 50 for individual stationery items. Please order items in increments of 10.

 

CAN I ORDER IF I LIVE OVERSEAS?

 

Most certainly! Avec Amour Design is based in Perth, however we can post worldwide. Please email us your order and we will create an invoice including the calculated cost of postage.

 

All prices are quoted in $AUD. For international payments, we accept credit card via Paypal. For all international orders we also offer the option of purchasing PDF digital files, which can be sent to a local printer of your choice. Please advise us if you would prefer this option.

 

POSTAGE

 

Orders within Australia are shipped via Express Post with a tracking number which we will provide to you. International orders will be sent via Airmail, with postage calculated depending on location.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By submitting full or partial payment, you [CLIENT] agree to the following terms of service:

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

 

Due to the personalisation of wedding stationery, printed orders cannot be returned or refunded. If the client needs to cancel an order during the design stage, the remaining payment of the order will be refunded, however the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Please consider all terms before ordering or ask questions beforehand.

 

PROOFING & PRINTING:

 

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided is correct at time of proofing, including but not limited to wording, spelling and design. Avec Amour Design is not responsible for any mistakes found after printing and no refunds or free re-prints will be offered for mistakes or typos overlooked by the client.
 

PRICES & PAYMENT:

 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Payments are to be directed debited to supplied account details. 50% non-refundable deposit is required before commencement on designs, with the final payment made before sending orders to print. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT:

 

All designs found on this website are copyright of Avec Amour Design, including design, layout and concept. Any redistribution or reproduction is not allowed. If you would like to feature designs on social media, blogs, magazines or other outlets, please contact avecamourdesign@live.com before doing so. Avec Amour Design reserves the right to display complete projects on this website or social media channels. Personal details will not be shared, and images will not be displayed until after intended use.

 

Client agrees that he/she shall not hold Avec Amour Design liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from Avec Amour Design failure to perform any aspect of the project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions by Avec Amour Design or a third party.​
